With a background spanning business development, fundraising leadership, marketing, and organizational strategy, Nicole brings more than a decade of experience guiding organizations toward clarity, sustainability, and greater impact. She is also a licensed practitioner and coach in The Why of You Powered by PRINT®, a breakthrough model that reveals the deep-rooted motivations driving human behavior. Through this lens, she equips leaders and teams to collaborate more effectively, communicate with purpose, and unlock their full potential.

Prior to launching Aliotti Impact Solutions, Nicole held leadership roles across the nonprofit sector, where she developed a reputation for combining analytical insight, strategic storytelling, and relationship-driven fundraising to deliver measurable results. Today, whether she’s designing growth strategies, facilitating team workshops, or coaching leaders 1:1, Nicole brings clarity, creativity, and care to every engagement.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature from the University of Oregon. Based in Vancouver, Washington, she works with clients throughout the Pacific Northwest.
