Prior to launching Aliotti Impact Solutions, Nicole served in leadership roles across the nonprofit sector, where she consistently delivered results through a unique blend of analytical insight, strategic storytelling, and relationship-based fundraising. Whether developing integrated fundraising strategies, facilitating team workshops, or improving donor communications, Nicole brings clarity, creativity, and care to every engagement.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature from the University of Oregon. She is based in Vancouver, Washington, and serves clients throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
